Following the sudden death of his beloved dog, Timmy, Eliot begins to see only the worst in the world and struggles to find a reason to get out of bed. With help from an unlikely group of companions, including a sleep paralysis demon, a housefly and a walking dandelion, Eliot gradually rediscovers hope in unexpected places. And Every Morning I Get Out of Bed is an imaginative and uplifting story about grief, friendship and finding the strength to keep moving forward.
