When a single mistake disrupts their carefully controlled routine, fear begins to overwhelm their relationship and everything they have built. Habits is an intimate psychological portrait of obsessive compulsive disorder, exploring how protective routines can become prisons and how fear can reshape love, behaviour and survival.
