Marcos returns to his former home to care for his elderly father, who is living with an advanced degenerative illness that has altered his perception of the world around him. Unable to truly communicate with his father, Marcos becomes increasingly consumed by the emotional distance between them. Their fractured relationship prevents him from finding answers to questions that have troubled him for years. Bird Trap is an intimate drama about family, unresolved pain, memory and the difficulty of confronting a past that may no longer be accessible.
