In Greater São Paulo, a mother and her son live in a house increasingly threatened by heavy rainfall, structural collapse and years of political neglect. As the danger grows, they are caught between two difficult possibilities: abandoning the place they call home or remaining despite the risks. ECo is an intimate drama about housing insecurity, environmental vulnerability, family and the difficult choices faced by communities living with institutional neglect.
