Each night, a woman moves through a shifting landscape of dreams and nightmares, surrounded by symbols and unsettling presences drawn from her subconscious. As the boundary between dreams and reality begins to dissolve, the suffocating relationship she shares with her mother gradually comes into focus, revealing a bond shaped by control, dependence and emotional manipulation. Inspired by a short story by Marta Brunet, Develare is a psychological thriller about memory, repression, family dynamics and the hidden emotions that surface through dreams.
