Amid artificially illuminated cities and corrupted digital landscapes, a person confronts the gradual collapse of the promises and expectations that once shaped their life. Through fragmented imagery and a non-linear narrative, the film traces the grief of letting go of imagined futures and versions of oneself that can no longer be sustained. Its visual world draws on the optimistic technological imagery of Frutiger Aero, reflecting on the distance between a promised future and lived reality. A sensory journey through loss of identity and transformation, Vol. 1: Intro Spectere explores the difficult act of releasing what might have been to make room for someone new.
