Christian Milla Mancilla traces the life of his great-great-grandfather, Marcos Bordón Reales, who was born in Palo Blanco and crossed the Andes Mountains to Copiapó at the beginning of the 20th century. There, Marcos built a family and established a legacy that would continue across generations. Taita Kolla is a personal and historical journey through ancestry, migration, memory and Indigenous identity, connecting one family’s story with the broader cultural heritage of northern Chile.
