Right to Time (Derecho al Tiempo)
Science Ficton
Seats availableThe full session
In a world where time must be purchased, a young couple makes the drastic decision not to pay their final instalment. Facing their last moments together, they must choose how to spend the time they have left. Against a system that measures and monetises every second of existence, companionship and intimacy take on a deeper significance. Their decision becomes a personal confrontation with a society in which survival depends on the ability to keep paying. Right to Time uses a dystopian premise to explore contemporary anxieties about work, constant availability and the loss of personal freedom, asking what it truly means to own our time.
